1. What Size Should I wear?
Our Sizing guide is available on each product page to help you find perfect fit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on our whattsapp number given on the website.
2. What is your return/Exchange policy?
Due to nature of our product being a swimwear, We do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged product or incorrect size than what was actually ordered, then we issue refunds, once product is returned and if the labels are intact and are not torn or damaged and returned in original packaging, we issue replacement or refund as required by the concerned customer.
3. Can I track my Order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through Whattsapp Message. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorsteps.
4. Can I cancel my Order before it is delivered?
Sure. If you placed an order and before it is delivered, you wish to cancel the same, you are free to do so. To cancel the Order, please contact us on our whattsapp number (+91 8097026746) or by writing us an email at info@logutswimwear.com, which are also given on website. Please note, the order number and customer details such as name and number at the time of cancellation should match with those while placing the Order. If there is any discrepancy found, then order would not get cancelled.
5. Do you have option of cash on delivery?
Yes, we do.
6. What are the shipping charges and where do you ship?
We ship throughout India, and there are no shipping charges on either purchase or return to customers.
